I know, I know, its been awhile in between drinks. I’ve been away, up in the Kimberely living the dream, 35 degrees every day, endless beaches, thongs and shorts. I love the hot weather so it’s a good thing the Melbourne winter has packed up and left town. Mind you, whenever I have a Yarra Valley Wedding, it always gets me pumped. No city traffic!
Now I’m back into the swing of things I thought I’d start to publish a few more blog posts, again apologies for the lack of activity.
So Dan & Laura’s wedding in the Yarra Valley is a classic example of not having to spend a mint on your wedding day but still have some sort of simple elegance to it. Laura kept things simple and splurged a little extra on the things that make a difference. Flowers is one of those things. Over the years the number of weddings I’ve seen that could go aesthetically speaking, to another level based on an amazing floral arrangement are quite a few. I know, it’s not all about the wedding flowers but if you do care about these things and some do, pay a bit extra, skimp on the cars, the cake lol! Seriously, cars, they don’t add to the over all experience of your wedding day unless you are driving a Ferrari 250 GTO. You aren’t going to be talking about the cars after you get out the door.
I’ll stop there before I get myself into too much trouble, enjoy the post!
